How long have you been in business?
I have been a vet for 18 yrs and owner/director at the vet clinic for 5.5yrs
What inspired you to start?
Becoming a vet has been my calling since I was three years old—I’ve always known this is what I was meant to do. After years in the industry, I realised I wanted more ownership and control over how I practiced. I didn’t want to conform to the corporate model, so I opened my own clinic—100% independent, and focused on doing things the right way for our clients and their pets.
What’s your ‘magic’ that sets you apart?
It’s a combination of exceptional customer service and genuine care. Being 100% independent means we’re more agile—if there’s an issue, we hear about it and act quickly. We’re not tied to corporate red tape, so our clients get faster results and direct access to decision-makers. Plus, we’re not a one-person operation—we’ve built an incredible team of 20, all pushing in the same direction. Open 8am–8pm, 7 days a week, we’re committed to providing great care at a fair price. No gimmicks—just doing things properly.
How many pets do you have?
1 x chicken, 4 x guinea pig, 1 x dog, 1 x cat and 20 x fish
