I’m a mortgage broker on a mission to help close the gender finance gap.

My specialty is working with women – because I have been where you are now. I know the road. Whether you are buying a home, an investment property or refinancing, I’ve got your back. I can help you navigate the mortgage process with confidence, control and ease. Showing you that ‘you’ve got this’!
Let’s take the first step together.
As a mortgage broker we have access to over 50 different lenders. We understand different lender policy, niches and have established relationships with the lenders to secure rate reductions. And we must operate under Best Interest Duty (BID) to ensure our recommendations are within your best interest - something a lender does not need to abide by. It is also an opportunity to find a lender with products that fit you - not being forced to fit within product policy of one given lender that you have gone direct to. We take all of the legwork out of it for you - think of all the time and stress you will save!
We manage the collection of information from you, organise it all, go through the relevant checks and balances to ensure a strong application, prepare and submit the loan application on your behalf and follow the application right through to settlement. You just need to sit back and relax and know your application is in safe hands.
Your relationship with a mortgage broker doesn’t end once settlement occurs. A mortgage broker will (should) act as an ongoing loan advisor for the life of your loan, periodically reviewing your loan to ensure it is on a competitive rate and presenting refinance options if not.
Whether you’re a first-time buyer or looking to refinance, becoming familiar with
these mortgage terms will empower you to navigate the mortgage process with confidence.
This valuable resource breaks down the entire mortgage process into manageable steps, ensuring that you have a clear understanding of what to expect and how to prepare.

Home loan pre-approval (or conditional approval) means that a lender has agreed, in principle, to lend you money towards the purchase of your home but hasn’t proceeded to full or final approval.
A pre-approved home loan serves as a valuable instrument for prospective homebuyers, as it provides insight into the affordable amount for purchasing a property and allows you to look with confidence.
Owning a house comes with its own set of financial considerations, one of which is whether or not to refinance your mortgage. Refinancing may appear scary at first, but it may provide many benefits for homeowners trying to better manage their changing financial situation. These benefits include: lowering interest rates, changing loan terms, switching loan types, and accessing home equity.
It is important to consider the costs of refinancing when making your decision. Typical costs involve a mortgage discharge fee, new lender set up fee and settlement fees.
Buying a home is a big step in anyone’s life. A mortgage broker can act as a guide, there to support you every step of the way.
There is a lot to understand including different rates, product features, loan terms, etc. This is where a mortgage broker can be a really helpful resource on your team.
