What inspired you to start this business Rocco?
As the National Sales Manager @roastingwarehouse —a coffee roaster with a clear mission to share knowledge, fuel growth, and help cafés dream big—I’ve spent years immersed in what makes a hospitality business thrive. Our model is all about going beyond great coffee: it’s about supplementary offerings and creating standout customer experiences. Opening Stevie’s was a natural next step. I grew up in Sandringham and always dreamed of bringing something special to the area—a true community hub where locals can gather, relax, and connect.

The magic lies in the experience. Our entire value proposition is built around creating a space that feels uplifting, positive, and memorable. We want people to walk in—even on their toughest days—and instantly feel lighter. It’s not just about what’s on the menu, it’s about how we make people feel. We know our customers work hard for their money, so we’re committed to delivering serious value—whether that’s through restaurant-quality food at café prices or our signature cold drink range. In fact, we’re a bit of a specialist when it comes to cold drinks, offering our very own homemade, sustainable, and organic canned creations like Coconut Cloud, Mont Blanc, and Strawberry Matcha. It’s all part of the Stevie’s difference: quality, care, and a whole lot of feel-good energy.
