How many years have you been in business?
In the industry for 15 years and I started X1 Plumb in January this year.
What inspired you to start your business?
I’ve never been one to enjoy having a boss, and I wanted to create a plumbing business built on integrity—where reliability, fair pricing, and trust aren’t just promises, but everyday practice.
What is the magic that sets your business apart?
For us, reputation is everything. We genuinely care about our community and clients, and our goal is to provide the best possible service every time. We’re here for the long haul, so building a strong foundation of trust and reliability is key. Our minimalist branding is designed to become an iconic symbol people can recognise and trust.
What does community mean to you?
Community means loyalty, support, and giving back. We want everyone in Bayside to know they can rely on @x1plumb —not just for great service, but also for how we show up locally. Times are tough, and we believe in helping where we can, whether that’s supporting people going through hardship or giving back to worthy causes. We are currently working with @kerry_evitts_art on a project for a boy named Casper who has a life long illness where is body keeps creating cancers – check out Kerry’s insta page if you would also like to support this project.
