What a performance review in London quietly revealed, maternity leave finally made impossible to ignore, and in 2017, Kelly stopped filing away her superpower and started building an entire business around it.

What inspired you to start?
While on maternity leave from my role as an EA at ANZ, I realised I didn’t want to return to corporate life. Years earlier, a performance review in London made me reflect on my strengths—and they all pointed to professional organising. I started it as a side hustle, and by 2018, it became my full-time passion.
What’s your business superpower?
Me!
It’s a competitive space, but every organiser brings their own magic. I pride myself on intuition—I can read a client’s needs before we even start. I’m selective about who I work with because the right fit makes all the difference. Add in my incredible team of “freelance fairies,” and we turn chaos into calm that lasts. Yes! I took on the role in 2023 because I wanted to be involved in my daughter’s sporting life—and make sure every girl gets the same opportunity to play. I’m passionate about championing women in sport and creating a club culture that’s fun, supportive, and full of community spirit.
