Here’s her story…
How many years have you been in this business?
5 years, but have worked in mental health field for 15 years and started accidentally selling my artworks 20 years ago! I decided to bite the bullet and combine my 3 largest passions in life: art, mental health & helping others…. I’m thrilled how fulfilling my job is, so much so I don’t feel like I work at all!
What is the most rewarding part of your business?
Helping people discover the joy of art and how much it can enrich their lives! I also love to connect with the community and help people feel uplifted.
What’s one thing about your business people may not know?
I like creating bespoke comission artworks because I love the emotional responses of my clients when they see something that has been created to bring their own vision to life. I like to create things that people have a heart connection with. The commission’s can be done on canvases or walls as murals.
If you could collaborate with another local business, who would it be and why?
I love collaborating with others and have many ongoing collaborations. This year I’d love to see my bright bold designs on picnic blankets and beach towels so I’m keeping an eye out!
If your business had a theme song, what would it be?
A million dreams by Pink!
Is there one thing you do every day without fail?
Why, drink Tea of course… I am British after all!
