How long have you been in business?
2 years this month
What inspired you to start this business?
3 years ago my hubby and I went on our honeymoon to Port Douglas and it was there that I tried my first acai bowl. I had been considering leaving the corporate world for a while as I wanted to do something different so I decided right there on the spot that I wanted to open one in Sandringham!
What is the most rewarding part of running your business?
I absolutely love being a part of the wonderful Sandringham community – I feel very lucky!
What makes Acai Bros in Sandy so awesome?
Obviously my beautiful staff! And the support I get from Acai Bros HQ is huge. It’s important to me that we follow the processes set by HQ and maintain high standards to ensure we are serving great products to the community with consistently great service. But maintaining a balance is important so we are also about having fun in this store. Having a good time and enjoying what we do!
Is it just acai bowls you sell?
No, we also offer coffee, and a great range of toasties, raw treats and smoothies.
