This is my 11th year!
What inspired you to start?
I was searching for a powerful, holistic way to help others—something that combined science with true self-empowerment. After years of studying meditation and wellbeing, I discovered kinesiology and was instantly blown away. Just 3 sessions changed everything for me—I went from feeling stuck to completely clear. I knew I had to pursue it professionally. I studied full-time for 3 years and now integrate kinesiology with tools like homeopathy and positive psychology to support deep, lasting change.
What does community mean to you?
It means connection and belonging. It’s feeling part of something bigger—whether that’s through our neighbourhood, kids’ schools, sports teams, local gyms, cafés, or small businesses. These everyday interactions create a network of support where people look out for one another. Community is about showing up, being seen, and helping others feel the same. It’s the shared moments, the familiar faces, and the sense that we’re all in it together.
What is the magic that sets you apart from other practitioners?
I genuinely care, and I’m deeply committed to helping people create real, lasting change in their lives. With years of experience, I’m able to support clients in many different ways to live more fulfilled, happier lives—and that’s incredibly rewarding.
